All orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Orders placed after 6:00pm will be treated as next-day orders and prepared for the following day.

We’re based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, baking fresh to order from our registered home kitchen.

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, and soy. Some products (such as our Stuffed Cookie Box) may contain peanut butter or Nutella. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know at checkout and we’ll adjust your box where possible.

Some boxes allow flavour selection, while others are curated for the best mix. If you have preferences or dislikes, feel free to leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

All orders are carefully packaged to protect freshness during delivery and transport.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered preparation, changes may not be possible.

Yes! We offer a monthly treat subscription featuring our most-loved bakes. At the moment, our subscription includes a monthly cookie box, with tray bake, muffin, and mixed bake subscriptions coming soon. Each month features something a little special that you won’t find at markets. Subscriptions are limited and change seasonally, so keep an eye on our website and social media for new options.
