Shipping
We ship our bakes across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Smaller boxes ship at a lower rate, while larger or multiple boxes ship at a higher rate.
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice for all orders. Orders placed after 4pm will be baked the following day and available for collection that same day. Postal or local drop off orders will be dispatched the next working day
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Local Collection
Free local collection is available from Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Collection details and timing will be confirmed after checkout. All orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
If you need a specific collection time, please leave us a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Local Drop-Off
We offer local drop-off from our base in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Free local drop-off is available within 6 miles (10 km) of HG1 2DN.
Reduced-rate local drop-off is available within 7–14 miles (up to 23 km) of HG1 2DN for £2.25 to help cover fuel and running costs.
Delivery timing will be confirmed after your order is placed.
