Returns & Refund Policy
Twos Company Bakery
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns once orders have been dispatched or collected.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Clear photos of the item and packaging will be required so we can assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled dispatch or collection date. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
